Excretory System
Feces are disgusting isn't it? But did you know if you don’t
poop you will be poisoned? Yes, that’s right, you will be poisoned because of
the disgusting waste that your body produced. Excretory system is a simple in and go out system, as my description, because you eat, suck in germs or the
bacteria’s went inside your body then you eliminate it using the kidney and
other organs in the Excretory system. It is truly disgusting but, it is more
disgusting when you don’t throw your wastes.
When a person has a Liver Jaundice, their eyes becomes color yellow. It happens when the liver has improper or insufficient production of bile.
Endocrine system is a system in our body that controls the elimination of our wastes. This is mainly composed of two kidneys, 2 ureters, urethra and the urinary bladder. This system not only eliminates the food wastes in our body but also the blood wastes, skin wastes and the air wastes. The wastes are excreted in different features, for the liquid waste from the food is the urine for solid wastes is the feces. In the blood are the unnecessary particles like the dead cells, for the lung is the carbon dioxide and for the skin wastes is the sweat. There are also organs that help the excretory system, and these are; skin, lungs, liver, ad kidneys.
A kidney stone may block the canal on which the wastes of the liver flow to. Many people dont mind the stones when they have it, but when it is removed, it can improve your health and your body will function properly.
The Endocrine system works with the Circulatory System and the Muscular System. Muscular system helps the excretory organs to move. For example, kidney is composed of muscles, it can easily do its job because the muscles is flexible. The blood from the Circulatory System flows through the kidney to be filtered. The kidney helps get the wastes from the blood and cleanse it so that it can return to the cycle and can be used again.

The author discusses about choric kidney disease. He said that chronic disease is caused by high blood pressure and diabetes. Kidney disease may affect your kidney not to function, can cause heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure. Damages in the kidney will cause high blood pressure, and high blood pressure will also cause the vessels in the kidney to be damaged which also can lead to the damage of the glomerulus, part of the nephron that works to filter the wastes in the kidney. Toxins like lead mercury and cadmium can harm the kidney. Exercise help reduce the risk of high blood pressure, obesity, can keep the blood vessels healthy and help the people to lose weight. Early stage of the kidney disease mostly has no symptoms but, to be safe, check to the doctor about the condition especially if a person has high blood pressure. Kidney stones are also caused by high sodium, sugar or protein intake. Calcium, potassium, fruits, eating less meat, poultry, fish and lots of water help reduce the risk. But drinking beverages and alcoholic beverages are not good because it can cause weight gain and diabetes. Stones can cause pain to the patient when voiding and this can also be the cause of chronic kidney disease. People with kidney stones have high rate of heart disease because of calcium metabolism. When having a chronic kidney disease or kidney stone, a person should not eat food with lots of salt, sodium, sugar and protein. And to prevent these diseases, they should exercise more, drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods.

Prayer
Dear God,
Thank you for designing us to have the Excretory system. Our excretory system helps us to remove the waste in our body. I can compare the process of eliminating during the time that we pray to You Lord. When we pray, You digest our sins, throw it out and forgive us. Thank You Lord that we are healthy because of the Excretory system. Lord please guide us to be clean always and to remove the wastes in our life. Thank you Lord for forgiving us when we sin, even though we always do it. Amen.
