Skeletal system
There are about 206 skeletons in our body. The bones help us to move to other places, protect our organs, make blood cells, stores minerals (like calcium and phosphate) and support our body. Bones are developed from being a cartilage at the beginning. Cartilage turns into bones by ossification. Our bones solidify when it absorbs calcium. While it is developing it stretches to the middle and expands side wards.
Skeletal system connects with the circulatory system and the nervous system. The inner part of the bone is the bone morrow. There are two kinds of bone marrow; the yellow bone marrow and the red bone marrow. The red bone marrow produces the red blood cells which are delivered through the Haversian canal by the blood vessels, this process is connected to the circulatory system. The vertebrate, which is the part of the nervous system, holds the nerves that deliver messages to the brain. Without the vertebrate, the nerve cells cannot deliver the messages properly to the brain and to the other parts of the body.

The Recommended Dietary Allowances(RDA) states that the daily calcium that man for ages 19-50 need is 1,000 milligrams and for woman, at the age of 50 plus, they need about 1,200 milligrams of calcium. Dr. Hughes says that 700-1,00 IU intake of Vitamin D a day will help lessen the risk of osteoporosis. But that is not possible because a person usually gets 100 IU of Vitamin D at one glass of milk. The RDA Vitamin D for men is 600 IU . People who eat unhealthy food mostly suffer from osteoporosis. You also need Protein, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus and Vitamin K for your bone healthy diet. Prayer
Father,
Thank you that we have bones that really helps us in our daily lives. Without our bones, we cannot walk, go to school, work, eat or any other things that we do every day. I cannot imagine all the living things on earth without bones. Lord thank you that we have the complete set of bones. I pray for other people who suffers from bone illnesses. Please guide them Lord with their sufferings. I hope that even they are suffering, they still remember You. I hope Lord that they may overcome their fears, pray everyday and be thankful that they are still in this world. Amen.
